I Manifest

I focus my mind, body, and intellect in the groove for the constructive initiatives that make a difference to all. There is a childlike wonder, curiosity, optimism, openness, excitement, and vulnerability. I am a channel of the universe: it evolves and expresses through me. I accept the life flowing through me and am grateful for its abundance. I unfold my mind, body, and intellect to be in harmony with the universal consciousness and spacious awareness that I am. I am one with all.

I share visualizations that emerge for me. Each inspires me to heal, energize, and balance my body chakras. The chakra at the top of my head, the crown chakra or the sahastrar chakra, connects with the superconscious mind and divinity. The chakra at the bottom of my spinal column or below the tailbone, the Mooladhar chakra or root chakra, anchors my life with faith, trust, and positive belief: it connects with the unconscious that embeds memories and footprints of past lives.

Part One: from the sky to the Earth

Sahastrar or crown chakra: I surrender my mind, body, intellect, and ego to the divinity.

Ajna chakra or third eye chakra: I pray. I ask questions. I am open to receiving from the infinite. Insights and answers emerge for me.

Vishuddhi or throat chakra: I accept and let go of the weather of emotions, thoughts, pains, aches, and body sensations.

Anahat or heart chakra: I hold my mind, body, and inner child with unconditional love and compassionate care. I breathe peace, joy, healing, and all good things into them.

Manipur or solar plexus chakra: I channel my energy and blessings to be the positive change I want to see.

Swadhisthan or sacral chakra: I infuse loving care and positive vibes into the water in my body and to every cell.

Mooladhar or root chakra: I hold my bones, muscles, and memories in the unconscious like a lake that nourishes all in it and dissolves imprints of the past.

Part Two: from the Earth to the sky

Mooladhar or root chakra: Earth nurtures me with its energy and abundance. It reinforces my faith and belief.

Swadhisthan or sacral chakra: The water in me connects with the waters of the universe – the springs, lakes, rivers, and oceans. It nurtures my mind, body, and intellect with positive vibes and emotions. It enriches me with the abundance of the universe. The creativity of the universe channels through me. I see all changes for a larger purpose behind them and with a peaceful heart. I look at life evolving through me with a childlike wonder.

Swadhisthan or sacral chakra: I listen to and follow through on the voice from inside. When I pray and ask for something true to my heart, I have faith, trust, and belief that I will get it.

Manipur or solar plexus chakra: I have the fire inside to make things happen – I believe in it. I am grateful for my parents’ and ancestors’ blessings, support, and love. I send my love and joyful vibes to them. I use my abilities to be a channel of positive change. I am grateful for all I have in life.

Manipur or solar plexus chakra: I feel whole and centered in who I am. I honor the power within me. I feel calm and peaceful. I have tolerance and acceptance for myself and others.

Anahat or heart chakra: I hold collective space with all that have connected to me from current and past lives – friends, family, ancestors, plants, animals, and all living beings – my heart is full of love and compassion – it emanates ripples to all. It expands my mind like an open sky.

Vishuddhi or throat chakra: The weather of thoughts, memories, emotions, body sensations, and past imprints from the subconscious pass through me like clouds flow through the sky. I observe them, accept them, and let them go. With each breath going in, I infuse love in them, and with each exhale, I let them exhume and dissolve in the big open sky I am.

Ajna or third eye chakra: I am a witness: I see the present reality as is in the clear light of my awareness. I accept it and let it flow through me. I avoid denying it, manipulating it, or fighting with it. The process blesses me with insights and fertile waters to cultivate the “lotus” of awakening and new insights.

Ajna or third eye chakra: I tune into insights from the subconscious. I listen to my intuition. I am open, vulnerable, and excited for answers from the universe and divinity.

Vishuddhi or throat chakra: I initiate ripples of positivity with my proactive thoughts. I plant seeds of all good things with my words.

Vishuddhi and Ajna chakra: I draw on inspiration from the inside, which fuels my drive and fire.

Ajna chakra: I tap into my ability to visualize and create narratives. I stay in the groove to stay true to it and focus on the goals, objectives, and callings from the inside. I detach from the weather of thoughts and emotions to stay in the groove.

Sahastrar or crown chakra: I am love and light – I am spacious awareness and universal consciousness – I connect divinity within to the divinity of the universe. I am one with all.

I manifest

I have childlike wonder, openness, and vulnerability to embrace each moment with spontaneity, excitement, newness, resilience, and a light heart.

I find reasons to smile and be happy.

I am grateful for the blessings and abundance in my life.

The groove of focus keeps me in the zone of creativity, knowledge, and contributions.

I treat all interactions and relationships as contracts or opportunities for synergies, to hold & nurture space of loving care, to let go and forgive, and to create channels of positive changes.

I pray. I ask questions. I seek answers. I learn, grow, and develop.

I expand the horizons of my mind.

I am peace, joy, happiness, abundance, healing, loving care, compassion, and all good things. I permeate through my mind, body, and intellect to unfold and be one with all.

I am Earth. I am water. I am fire. I am air. I am ether or the sky. The five elements integrate me with the whole.

I am the hole in the flute through which god’s breath flows: I enjoy the music.
