February 28th: Morning at Balboa Beach

Morning was brisk at Balboa Beach. Sunlight filtered through scattered clouds. Wispy clouds stretched across the blue canvas of sky, creating a striking blend of color when I looked up. The water reflected these hues. As waves neared shore, silver highlighted their crests. A gentle breeze brushed my face, drifted through my shirt, and cooled my skin. The crash of waves was resonant. As the waves broke, cold Pacific water swirled around my feet, uniting me with Earth and sea. I was wholly immersed in nature. I felt merged and one with it all.
The moments healed, nurtured, and energized me.

February 28th: Afternoon at Laguna Beach
We reached Laguna Beach around 3:30 pm. The sun’s reflection created countless mirrors that crashed and danced on the sea. I gazed at the ocean, and it felt so soothing.
The experience saturated all my senses, making me feel inseparable from the sky, air, sun, water, and earth.
