It was a pleasant morning at Balboa Beach. While the sky was blue, a thick marine layer was on the horizon as I looked towards the Pacific Ocean. I turned towards the north side, and the magic of the crashing waves with the white color and sound captured me. Each wave seemed so playful while looking at it from a close distance. Yet when I gazed at the water for a minute and was in awe of the majesty of the Pacific Ocean. It went way beyond the horizon of my vision.
The ocean is Mother Nature’s giant cauldron, inhabiting and bringing abundant life, resourcefulness, and peace. The waves were like tiny movements on the cauldron’s surface, inviting me to the abundance that flowed through me and energized every cell in my body. The crashing waves swirled the water around my feet and nurtured me with abundant healing of the earth and the ocean.
I looked to the side towards the north direction and saw waves animating the horizon as far as I could see. Seeing the white color waves capture the most in my view every time a wave approached the edge of the land where I stood barefoot felt so soothing. It connected with the peace, bliss, and joy I am deep down inside. It held my inner child and all my thoughts, body sensations, and vulnerabilities with love, care, and compassion.
I was in the middle of the ocean’s boundless abundance and healing energy. There was a dark grey line on the horizon, differentiating the sea and the sky. There were ripples on the surface of the deep blue and grey seawater. As they approached the shoreline, they ascended to waves that crashed with music of the sound and magic of the white color. Losing myself in it clarified my mind. It felt so peaceful. It put me in the groove to connect with meaning or calling from the inside and focus on what I enjoy doing.
The ocean rinsed the beach with its water. Being barefoot in the middle of it all felt so refreshing as the water around my feet sent up a cold sensation and healing abundance of Mother Earth. I let it all go and joined the abundant flow of life. It balanced my five elements.
It got even more overcast. When I looked at the ocean on the north side, I couldn’t distinguish where on the horizon the sea ended and the sky started. There was a segment in the sky with lighter grey clouds. It created a bean of brightness descending into the horizon. The waves emerged from the horizon and overwhelmed the beach with soothing white. I was part of the sky and the ocean with all and enriched by their abundance.
Tidal waves emerged from the horizon where the sea and sky appeared to be one. As they decompressed and spread on the beach with the white color on the surface, I felt as if Mother Nature rolled the soft and spongy carpet for me, inviting me to merge with nature and be one with all. The sun’s rays made the crashing waves glisten. There was a crispness in the air and a delightful breeze. The earth, the water, the fire, and the air balanced my elements. I was in the moment, oblivious to memories of the past or worries of the future. The universal consciousness and abundance flowed through me, washing away and dissolving the weather of thoughts passing through me.
I looked on the other side towards northwest, and the “white carpets” looked soft, soothing, and full of Mother Nature’s nurturing abundance.
The clouds dispersed to show more blue in the sky. The sea looked bluer, too, matching the colors of the sky. The sun was slightly higher in the sky. The fog got burned off, too.
The brightness felt like waking up for yet another vibrant and abundant day for riches of the universe: the spirit permeated my mind, body, and intellect, too. It invited me to unfold and be in oneness with all. As I prepared to return to “reality,”…I wished, hoped, and prayed I would carry the oneness to all my relationships in my work…and relate to the world through the oneness of the universal consciousness – the Atma.
The experience enriched my mind and body with the abundance of the universe and the abundance within. It put me in the Groove to focus with clarity, joy, peace, and meaning from inside.
